Please send your full name, date of birth, photo of front and back of your insurance card to our email address, cureacu@gmail.com, if you need to check the coverage.

For new patient only. Including evaluation of your condition, personalized treatment plan, an acupuncture treatment.

Follow-up Visit - $125

For return customer only. Continue for the same treatment or adjusted based on your condition or new complains.

Including evaluation and treatment plan. Acupuncture treatment is NOT included.
